Luminar Energy provides technology-enabled energy solutions including market access, trading platforms, and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) technology across European markets. Our services are designed to complement and enable our partners' operations through white-label solutions and API-first integration.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. API and Integration Services

Our API-first platform provides integration capabilities subject to agreed-upon service levels, rate limits, and access controls. Partners must comply with API usage guidelines and maintain appropriate security measures for API credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Luminar Energy platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data, are owned by Luminar Energy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the platform:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• To transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation
• To attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform or systems
• To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• To engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activities

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Luminar Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Energy trading involves risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All trading and investment decisions are made at your own risk.

8. Modifications to Terms

Luminar Energy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where we operate, including relevant European Union regulations and national laws of Nordic and Italian markets.
